Our Wrigley Field/Lincoln Park Zoo route is here to make your summer a whole lot more exciting! We like to think Chicago is the best city in the world, and one reason why is because there is just SO much to see and do. Chicago has a whole lot more to offer than just its downtown area, and that’s why there’s more to Chicago Trolley & Double Decker than our downtown tour!

Head to the Sheraton Hotel to hop on the Chicago Trolley Wrigley Field/Lincoln Park Zoo Tour and ride to the first stop, the Chicago History Museum! One of the newest exhibits is Making Mainbocher: The First American Couturier. He established a fashion empire serving royalty, Broadway icons, and the social elite in the 1900s. It is an exhibit that features over thirty original garments, fashion illustrations, and photography by Mainbocher. The exhibit explores his remarkable journey from his humble life in Chicago to the salons of Paris and New York. This amazing museum and its collections were actually destroyed in the Great Chicago Fire in 1871, but rose from its ashes to become bigger and better. Go see for yourself!

After an educational stroll through the museum, hop back on the bus and head over to Lincoln Park Zoo! The newest exhibit is called the Walter Family Arctic Tundra, which features six-year-old male polar bear, Siku (pronounced SEE-koo). You can even watch the zookeepers train the polar bears, along with so many other animals!

The zoo is home to nearly 1,250 animals and was founded in 1868, making it one of the oldest zoos in North America. Not to mention – it’s one of the only FREE zoos left in the country. Not only will you be amazed by all these beautiful, intelligent animals, but there’s also so much more to do here. Rent paddle boats for a spin around the Lincoln Park Lagoon near the southern end of Lincoln Park Zoo or grab a bite and lounge for a picnic with the whole gang!

To end your fun-filled day, make the last stop at Wrigley Field, home to the Chicago Cubs! Get an insider’s look at the history of the famous ballpark and walk on the field of the 2016 World Series champions. Hit Nuts on Clark to snack on some famous gourmet Chicago popcorn. End the day marveling at the historical stadium or stop into one of the many fun rooftop bar atmospheres with your friends or take the trolley back to the downtown area.

Remember: the bus doesn’t stop at Wrigley on game days, but if you join us when we do go there you won’t regret it!

With Chicago Trolley, the possibilities are endless. Let us show you around!
