1. Corn Maze Outdoor Pop-Up Bar
Located near Goose Island, Jack’s Pumpkin Pop-Up gives Chicagoans a unique experience of a corn maze without having to travel outside of the city limits. This one-of-a-kind display will run each week from October 5 – November 3 on Thursdays through Sundays.
2. Chicago International Film Festival
From October 10 – 21, the Chicago International Film Festival will feature over 100 films at AMC River East 21. With every category of movie available for viewing, you’re sure to find more than a few to love.

4. Arts in the Dark
This Halloween art feature will be sure to captivate on Saturday, October 20th. The Arts in the Dark Halloween Parade of Artists will feature performers, artists, floats, and more, parading through downtown Chicago from Grant Park to State Street.
5. Spooky Zoo
On Saturday, October 27, you and the whole family will enjoy the free Spooky Zoo at the Lincoln Park Zoo. This trick-or-treating alternative features fun for the kids, including pumpkin carving, a corn maze, a ferris wheel ride, and much more.
6. Art on theMART
Featured on the three acre theMART building, Art on theMART is a large lighting installation that is bound to amaze. Enjoy the art installation from now until December 2018.
7. The Science Behind Pixar
The Science Behind Pixar at the Museum of Science and Industry will showcase the science and technology behind the beloved films and stories created by Pixar. Enjoy the exhibit between now and January 6, 2019 and get access to unique activities that will let your imagination fly.
